#NSLCENGN students worked in teams to create water filtration systems using household items, such as coffee filters, sugar, beans, rice, charcoal, and more. Acidic, dirty water was used to test the filtration systems, and the pH levels were tested to determine which were the most successful. Students were also scored based on which materials their groups chose to use.
