Here at NSLC, we are excited to provide the students with an opportunity to explore their future careers.Whether it be through simulations, hands-on experience or even discussions had with highly-qualified Keynote Speakers and Trainers, we work diligently to provide this knowledge within their field.One thing we also focus on is the importance of Self-Awareness.Through many of the leadership workshops, they are taken on a journey of discovering “Self.”It might be through learning their personality style and type, measuring their true level of communication, discovering how they deal with conflict or realizing what their true level of commitment is.It is through these Self-Awareness exercises that a new light is shed on how they react and respond to things.Once this Self-Awareness comes to the light, it is then they can either adjust or shine in what they have discovered.We at NSLC know that the best leaders in the world are the most self-aware.

He has served as the Leadership Trainer & Keynote Speaker for such organizations as the Count Me In Global Leadership Summit, National Teen Leadership Program, Future Business Leaders of America, and Statewide Student Council Conferences to name a few. He is the founder of Generation Leadership (www.genleadership.org), a leadership training program designed for High Schools & Universities.
